The Property Law Group was incorporated to bring a consultative approach to legal advice with commercial acumen and a genuine commitment to customer service.

Tim Lupton

Director & Principal Lawyer

With almost 30 years experience in a variety of real estate advisory capacities, including director of a publicly listed consultancy firm, Tim has advised multinational corporations and boards, together with managing 3rd party consultants/lawyers on major real estate projects, transactions and disputes across several continents.

These capacities include asset/portfolio management, valuation, direct investment, real estate agency, development advisory and consultancy roles. At the other end of the scale, Tim also enjoys providing consulting services and legal advice to individuals and various enterprises on their property, real estate, estates and commercial matters.

No litigation issue or problem is too small or too complex.

Tim has experience in all court jurisdictions in New South Wales, the Federal Court of Australia, Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, and the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

Tim Lupton has a BComm, Master of Real Estate and a Juris Doctor, and is a member of the New South Wales Law Society, LawAsia, Law Council of Australia and the Environment and Planning Law Association (NSW).

Tim regularly acts as a mediator and trial magistrate in the New South Wales schools Mock Trial and Mediation competitions convened by the Law Society of NSW on an annual basis.

When Tim is not advocating for clients he can usually be found on the side of a netball court supporting his daughters.

Tim is also a passionate supporter of the Paralympics and the Australian Paralympic Team.

Nikolas Billiris

Nik is a solicitor and has an Economics and JD degree from UNSW.

He is passionate about commercial/business law and litigation and has experience in most jurisdictions in New South Wales including the District and NSW Supreme Court, the Federal Court of Australia and the NSW Land and Environment Court.

When Nik is not working, he enjoys playing the guitar and supporting the Parramatta Eels in the NRL.

Saloni Jaiswal

Saloni is a paralegal and is approaching the completion of her university studies in law and commerce at Macquarie University.

Her interests include a keen appreciation of business and marketing, commercial law and planning/environment law and is looking forward to full-time practice as a lawyer.

Outside of the law, Saloni enjoys travelling, dancing and is a culinary enthusiast.

Sophie Chew

Sophie is a paralegal and is currently undertaking a Commerce/Law degree at UNSW and regularly participates in Moot and Negotiation competitions.

She is an aspiring lawyer with an interest in private/commercial law and international human rights law.

If she is not working or studying, Sophie enjoys listening to her favorite music, travelling, and walking her dog.

Sabrina Cooke

Sabrina is a paralegal and is currently undertaking a Commerce/Law degree at UNSW.

She has an interest in the commercial aspects of law, human rights and general justice issues.

In her spare time, Sabrina enjoys reading, going to the movies and travelling.
